Please note that WOMAS may change or remove portions of this website at any time without any liability to customers for such changes. WOMAS reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions in the future without specific notice to customers; continued use of this website or placing orders after such changes is deemed acknowledgement and acceptance.

A contract is only made between you, the customer and us once your order has been processed and shipped.

When you, as the customer, place an order through this website, you confirm by placing an order that:- - You are not a minor or legally incompetent

You do not use a false name or the name of any other person or entity that you are not authorised to do so.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions; it is important that you read them before proceeding to place an order.

Cancellation of an order

Customers may cancel an order within 14 days and the amount of the order will be refunded to the account it was originally paid into less 3.5% of the value of the product. Please read: Returns Policy. 

Accepting an order

When an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided at checkout, with details of the contents and prices of the order.

Delivery

Buyers can choose from the delivery options indicated and then relevant. WOMAS accepts no liability for damage in transit or damage caused by delays beyond its control: - Store collection

Returns policy

WOMAS accepts returns within 14 days if the product has not been opened, used, altered, washed or otherwise tampered with. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Products may not be returned to WOMAS without the prior written consent of WOMAS. Returns are subject to a return surcharge of 3.5% of the price of the product which will be deducted from the return. In addition the buyer has to pay the shipping costs. 

For the purchase of vouchers and massages these are non-returnable.

Liability

We try to provide the most accurate information possible on this website, but we make no express or implied warranties as to its accuracy. We also make no warranties in respect of matters relating to the use of this website and it is your responsibility to ensure that your computer is protected against viruses and other external factors.

Your rights as a consumer are protected by the Sales of Goods and Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Protection Act 2007. Nothing on this website affects your rights under applicable law.

If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be void, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, that term shall be deemed severable from the other terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
