These general terms and conditions govern the use of the online shop of WOMAS (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘the shop’), located in the Netherlands and registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under the number 66035651. By making a purchase on our website, the customer (‘you’, ‘user’) agrees to these terms.

2. Products and Orders


2.1. Product information


All cosmetic products offered in our shop comply with European health and safety regulations. The images and descriptions of the products are indicative and may differ slightly from the product received.

2.2. Placing an order


To place an order, the user must be over 18 years of age.
Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, you will receive an email with the purchase confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock problems or suspected fraud.


3. Prices and Payment


3.1. Prices


All prices include VAT applicable in the Netherlands.
Shipping costs will be indicated before checkout.


3.2. Payment methods


We accept payment by:

Credit/debit card
iDEAL (only in the Netherlands)
Other methods available in the online shop
Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery


Delivery time:The Netherlands: 1-2 working days.
International shipments: 5-21 working days, depending on destination.
Tracking:A tracking number will be provided when the order is shipped.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.


5. Returns and Refunds


5.1. Returns Policy


For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of cosmetic products.
If a customer wishes to return a non-cosmetic product, he/she must pay the shipping costs and will not receive a refund, but a shop credit.


5.2. Defective or damaged product


If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 working days of receipt.
You will need to provide photos of the incorrect product to assess the case.
In case of approval, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be offered.


6. Cancellations


You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the product has not been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process, if applicable.


7. Liability


We are not responsible for adverse reactions to products. It is recommended to check the list of ingredients before use.
We do not assume liability for consequential damages arising from the use of our products.


8. Intellectual Property


All content of the shop (images, texts, logos) is the property of WOMAS and may not be used without our consent.

9. Data Protection


We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. Your data will only be used to process orders and improve your experience in the shop. We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution


Any dispute will be resolved under the laws of the Netherlands.
The parties agree that any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
