Returns policy

WOMAS accepts returns within 14 days if the product has not been opened, used, altered, washed or otherwise tampered with. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Products may not be returned to WOMAS without the prior written consent of WOMAS. Returns are subject to a return surcharge of 3.5% of the price of the product which will be deducted from the return. In addition the buyer has to pay the shipping costs. 

For the purchase of vouchers and massages these are non-returnable.
